At Moon Nude, we want you to feel confident in your silhouette, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Moon Nude packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene strips remain undisturbed.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
